2016 Field Day Logo

This past weekend was Field Day, for Ham Radio operators it is a time to practice skills in Emergency Communications and Operations, make contacts and just plain old have fun!  Our designation/section was 4AME.

I was able to Get-On-the-Air under an Extra Class License and use HF to make 11 different contacts!  I want to thank WA1JMM for allowing me to operate under his license and have a good time doing it!

Photos were taken by both KB1WEA and KB1WRY.
